In 5GS, provided are a method and a communication unit for a PDU session modification procedure, and/or a PDU session release procedure, and/or a PDU session establishment procedure, and/or a PDU session anchor change procedure, for implementing session and/or service continuity by changing a slice and changing PDU session anchor, in a case that a network slice is congested, a case that network performance of the network slice does not satisfy an SLA, or the like.
