Abstract
Systems can include a processor for generating a panoramic composite image. The processor can identify a plurality of constituent images captured by an image capture device rotated about an axis of rotation of the image capture device. Each constituent image of the plurality of constituent images can correspond to a respective range of angles about the axis. The processor can identify, for each constituent image of the plurality of constituent images, an offset caused by a difference between the axis of rotation and a reference axis and align, using the respective offset for each respective constituent image corresponding to a respective range of angles, the plurality of constituent images to generate a composite image. The processor can store, in one or more data structures, the composite image.
