Abstract
A transmission control method includes: transmitting, on a primary component carrier, a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) to a terminal, and determining a first process identifier (PID) of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) corresponding to the first PDSCH; and before HARQ information of the first PID transmitted by the terminal is received on a secondary component carrier, not transmitting a second PDSCH to the terminal. Where a PID of an HARQ corresponding to the second PDSCH is the same as the first PID, and the secondary component carrier is provided for the terminal to transmit an HARQ of the PID.
