Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a rotor for being accommodated by a stator of an electric motor comprising a hollow rotor shaft and an annular rotor core comprising a winding, the annular rotor core accommodating the hollow rotor shaft. Further, the rotor comprises a power transmitting arrangement comprising a receiving device configured to receive AC power and rectify said AC power to DC power. Further, the rotor comprises coil busbars. Furthermore, the receiving device is positioned at an interior of said hollow rotor shaft.
