Abstract
An information output method includes: acquiring, by a processor, first information on a first device installed in a facility employed by a user; acquiring, by the processor, second information on a plurality of second devices installed outside the facility; determining, by the processor, based on the first information and the second information, at least one recommendation device to replace the first device among the plurality of second devices; and outputting, by the processor, recommendation information concerning recommendation of the at least one recommendation device to the user.
