Abstract
An arrival time determining device that can accurately estimate a timing of arrival at a predetermined position. A mobile terminalincludes at least a user motion determining unit, an estimated arrival time calculating unit, and an arrival time determining unit. The user motion determining unitdetermines a user motion (a stopped state or a boarding state) based on motion sensor information of the mobile terminal. The estimated arrival time calculating unitcalculates a time (time A) at which the mobile terminalhas arrived at a destination as an estimated arrival time tbased on a position of the mobile terminaland the user motion (when the user is in the stopped state). The arrival time determining unitdetermines the estimated arrival time tas a result arrival time tbased on the user motion (when the user is in the boarding state). The result arrival time tis used to next calculate the estimated arrival time t.
