Abstract
A handle assembly for a door having a handle aperture includes a housing, a cover plate and a transmission device. The transmission device can move the cover plate between a closed and open position in response to an electronic signal and, when the cover plate is in the closed position, moving it to the open position by a pushing force from outside. In the handle system, the cover plate is driven by the motor, thus the handle assembly can be electrically connected to the controller, and the cover plate can be automatically opened or closed by control of the controller. The transmission device allows the operator to press the cover plate from outside of the handle assembly to open the cover plate in case of emergency, thus the operator's hand can access the operating cavity for operation, thereby improving the reliability of the handle assembly.
