Abstract
Provided is a compound containing an aromatic group, or a stereoisomer, a tautomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Further provided is a method of preparation and use of the compound. The aromatic group-containing compound described herein has a remarkable inhibitory activity on protein, and thus is useful for tumor treatment, such as for the treatment of tumors associated with KRAS G12C mutations.
