Abstract
A driving support device includes a sensor configured to acquire data of a space inside a vehicle and data of a space outside the vehicle and a controller. The controller is configured to: determine whether the vehicle is in an abnormal state based on the data acquired by the sensor; upon determining that the vehicle is in the abnormal state, output a message indicating that the vehicle is in the abnormal state to a user on the vehicle; and acquire an answer from the user to the message via an input device.
