Abstract
A device for installing O-rings within a cylinder is disclosed and includes a top plate, a central plate, and a bottom plate each disposed along a plate axis. The top plate includes a tool catch extending out from the top face and a slot extending through the top plate and tool catch towards the plate axis. The central plate and bottom plate each include a circumferential surface and a guide extending out from a top surface. The guide has an engagement surface disposed proximal to the circumferential surface that engages an inner surface of an O-ring and hold it such that an outer surface of the O-ring is in line with the circumferential surface.
