Provided is a manufacturing method for an optical fiber tape core wire () including: coating a plurality of optical fibers () with a resin in an uncured state; removing, by a removal part (), the resin in the uncured state partially; and curing the remaining resin in the uncured state. The removal part () includes a rotary blade (), a slit (), positioning part (), and a suction part (). In the removing of the resin, the resin in the uncured state between the optical fibers () is extruded to the outlet opening () while moving the optical fibers () from upstream to downstream, and the resin in the uncured state extruded through the outlet opening () is suctioned by the suction part ().
