Abstract
An air delivery tube connector for a patient interface includes a base structure formed from a first material and a continuous flexible portion formed from a second material that is more flexible than the first material. A plurality of vent holes are formed on the base structure. A pair of opposing release buttons are configured to be inwardly flexed to allow release of the air delivery tube connector from the patient interface. The base structure forms a skeleton that supports the continuous flexible portion. The base structure and the continuous flexible portion together enclose and form the part of a gas flow path extending through the air delivery tube connector. In addition, each of the opposing release buttons is formed at a location on the air delivery tube connector at which the continuous flexible portion is molded over cutout portions in the base structure.
