Abstract
A display substrate and its manufacturing method, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes a base (), a light-emitting device layer () on the base (), and an encapsulation structure () on a side of the light-emitting device layer () away from the base (). A film layer farthest from the base () in the light-emitting device layer () is a light extraction layer (). The encapsulation structure () includes a first inorganic encapsulation layer (), an organic encapsulation layer () on a side of the first inorganic encapsulation layer () away from the base (), and a second inorganic encapsulation layer () on a side of the organic encapsulation layer () away from the base (). The first inorganic encapsulation layer () includes sub-film layers in which the one closest to the light extraction layer () is a low-stress inorganic layer () with a stress less than that of the second inorganic encapsulation layer (). The display panel includes the display substrate. The display apparatus includes the display panel.
