Abstract
This application describes examples of a control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a related communication apparatus. In one example, a terminal device receives first indication information before the terminal device being in a connected state. The first indication indicates a first time-frequency resource set, and the first time-frequency resource set and a second time-frequency resource set are used to transmit first control information. The terminal device receives the first control information on each of the first time-frequency resource set and the second time-frequency resource set before the terminal device being in the connected state.
