Abstract
A data transmission method includes receiving information about a first quality of service (QoS) flow from a first access and mobility management function (AMF) network element, and receiving the data of the first service by a second QoS flow. The first QoS flow is useable by a second terminal device to receive data of a first service. The first AMF network element is configured to serve a first terminal device. The second QoS flow is determined based on the information about the first QoS flow.
