Abstract
A terminal (-N) according to the present disclosure includes an acquisition unit () configured to acquire a reception interval of a plurality of packets received via a communication path; and a specifying () unit configured to specify a delay characteristic of a delay occurring in the communication path based on the distribution of the reception intervals.
