Abstract
An information processing method and the like realize autonomous travel of a mobile body () that supports the movement of people who have difficulty walking long distances on their own. The information processing method is for a computer to execute processing including acquiring a current position and a destination from a mobile body () that moves with a person on board, acquiring a first route () from the current position to the destination, the first route () being generated based on map data () that includes a plurality of nodes and links each associating a starting node, an ending node, and a travel condition, and transmitting the first route () to the mobile body ().
