Abstract
An air-conditioning control system performs air-conditioning of a target space by an air-conditioning apparatus. The air-conditioning control system includes a generation unit, a prediction unit, an evaluation unit, an extraction unit, and a control unit. The generation unit generates a plurality of candidates for an operation condition of the air-conditioning apparatus. The prediction unit uses a learning model in order to predict an environment state of the target space based on the operation condition, to predict the environment state. The evaluation unit evaluates the environment state corresponding to the operation condition. The extraction unit extracts, from the plurality of candidates for the operation condition, the operation condition for which an evaluation by the evaluation unit satisfies a predetermined condition. The control unit controls the air-conditioning apparatus with the operation condition extracted by the extraction unit.
