Abstract
A method of forming a packaging base pad for a domestic appliance includes providing a flat blank. The method also includes folding a left inner side panel and a right inner side panel of the flat blank outwards away from each other. The method further includes folding a left outer side panel and a right outer side panel of the flat blank inwards towards each other. Moreover, the method includes folding a left side panel and a right side panel of the flat blank inwards towards each other. In addition, the method includes folding a top panel towards a bottom panel.
