Abstract

A dispenser of coffee in solid form comprises: —a storage volume (). to contain coffee beans (CB), —a dosing arrangement (), set downstream an outlet () of the storage volume () and prearranged for releasing dosed amounts of coffee beans (CB) from the storage volume (), —a dispensing mouth (), set downstream an outlet () of the dosing arrangement (), —a cooling arrangement, configured for cooling the coffee beans (CB) contained in the storage volume (). The storage volume () comprises an inner container (), for receiving and storing the coffee beans (CB), and the cooling arrangement comprises a first outer casing () which surrounds at least partially the inner container (), at least part of a first gap () being defined between the inner container () and the first outer casing (), the cooling arrangement further including a cooling device () of the first gap ().
