Abstract
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving channel state information in a wireless communication system. A method for reporting channel state information (CSI), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, configuration information related to a CSI report; receiving a CSI-reference signal (CSI-RS) from the base station; and transmitting the CSI report to the base station on the basis of the configuration information and the CSI-RS. The configuration information includes information about a value of M (M is a natural number) and/or M discrete determined on the basis of a delay value obtained from an estimated uplink channel/signal, and the CSI may be generated on the basis of the valued of M and/or the M DFT vectors.
