Abstract
Disclosed is a fan motor and a hair dryer comprising same, the fan motor having heat-dissipating holes for discharging heat from inside the fan motor. Heat-dissipating channels are provided in the space between the inner circumferential surface of a stator assembly and two adjacent teeth, and a plurality of heat-dissipating holes penetrate the top of a vane hub, wherein the heat-dissipating holes overlap unidirectionally with any one of the heat-dissipating channels.
