Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical connection system in LED profile systems () and its components and the assembly of said components. The connection system comprises, in particular, an electrical connection element () for supplying electrical power to an LED strip () which is in the form of a flexprint strip (). The connection element () has a supply connection length region () with exposed longitudinal conductor tracks (), an LED connecting length region () with longitudinal conductor tracks () in the positions of the connections of the LED strip () and an adhesive area () on the rear side of the connection element (). Here, the electrical connection element () can be folded over at a bending point () between the supply connection length region () and the LED connecting length region (), so that they come to rest on opposite sides of the profile system (). As an alternative or in addition, the electrical connection system also comprises an associated electrical connector () for supplying electrical power to the LED strip () which has a PCB () or a leadframe () encapsulated by injection moulding and having spring contacts () on a bottom side () and a cable outlet () with cable connections () on a top side (), wherein a clip element () is formed for attachment to the profile system ().
