Abstract
Various arrangements are presented for an electronic device having a battery housing and a tablet computer system having an electronic device having a battery housing. An electronic device may include an electronic display and an enclosure housing the electronic display. The electronic device may include one or more batteries that provide power to one or more components of the electronic device. The electronic device includes a first plurality of magnets. The first plurality of magnets is arranged to magnetically couple with a second plurality of magnets of a dock. The battery housing that houses the one or more batteries and separates the one or more batteries from the first plurality of magnets. The battery housing defines one or more apertures and the first plurality of magnets is positioned with the one or more apertures.
