Abstract
The invention provides monospecific and multi-specific single chain antibodies directed against one or more of the human antigens: CD47, PD-L1, HSA, CD33, LAG3, and CD16. Also provided are methods of administering a pharmaceutical composition of a multi-specific antibody with antigen-binding specificity for two different antigens and methods for treating various diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and retinal diseases.
