Abstract
An adjustment mechanism () comprising: a holder () attached to a back surface of a backrest portion; a reel () housed in the holder () and supported by the holder () so as to be rotatable in both forward and reverse directions; a cord () connecting a body and the backrest portion and configured to change the tilt angle of the backrest portion as the reel () winds up and lets out the cord; and a lock member () housed in the holder () and configured not to allow rotation of the reel ().
