Abstract
It relates to an O/W emulsion which can be inverted to a W/O emulsion and the W/O emulsion inverted from the O/W emulsion, wherein the O/W emulsion is obtained from radical polymerization under emulsion polymerization reaction condition of at least one polyorganosiloxane having at least two aliphatic unsaturated carbon-carbon bonds, and optionally an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, in the presence of a polyether-modified polysiloxane. It also relates to preparation process of the O/W emulsion and the W/O emulsion, and a personal care composition containing the emulsion.
