Abstract
Garments with inner liner pocket access through the outer shell without the need to lift the shell to access the pocket, including a lower body garment including an inner liner, a pocket, and an outer shell, are described. A first pair of leg portions of the inner liner is configured to cover a pelvic portion and a leg portion of the wearer. The pocket has a pocket bag formed by attaching a pocket panel on the inner liner. The body of the outer shell includes a second pair of leg portions configured to cover the pelvic portion and the leg portion of the wearer. A portion of the inner liner is visible through the outer shell at a pocket opening. The pocket panel is attached to a portion of the top edge of the outer shell, such that the pocket is accessible from the visible portion of the inner liner.
