Abstract
A dog walking device to maintain a lateral offset between a dog and a walker or jogger. This lateral offset facilitates unimpeded forward movement of the walker or jogger by minimizing the dog's side to side movements which can disrupt the walker's or jogger's stride. The device has a spacer coil frame portion with a hand grip and a side mount attachment or top mount attachment to a dog harness or collar. A quick connector pair has a female connector on the spacer frame and a male connector attached to the harness or collar.
