Abstract
A method and device for performing uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system. A method for a terminal to perform uplink transmission may include the steps of: receiving information including a plurality of configurations for group-common SPS PDSCHs; receiving a plurality of group-common SPS PDSCHs based on the plurality of configurations; and transmitting information determined by multiplexing HARQ-ACK information for the plurality of group-common SPS PDSCHs on a specific PUCCH resource.
