Abstract
The systems and methods of the present disclosure include a method including determining, by a first wireless communication device, a feature of an uplink (UL) element and transmitting, by the first wireless communication device, the UL element according to the feature of the UL element, where the feature of the UL element includes a relationship between a value of a first parameter of the UL element and a value of a second parameter of the UL grant, where the UL element is associated with one or more values of the first parameter.
