Abstract
Aspects relate to a peak data rate for an uplink transmission. A user equipment may be scheduled for an uplink transmission on at least one radio frequency carrier of a plurality of radio frequency carriers. The user equipment may transmit the uplink transmission on the at least one radio frequency carrier according to a peak uplink data rate for a time slot. In some aspects, the user equipment may calculate the peak uplink data rate based on whether the user equipment supports uplink switching between the plurality of radio frequency carriers.
