Abstract
This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) systems that support indoor positioning of target devices. In a first aspect, a method includes: receiving, by a server from ESL nodes, first positioning measurements for a target device; determining, by the server, a first position of the target device based on the first positioning measurements; determining, by the server, a first subset of the ESL nodes in a first area corresponding to the first position; and determining, by the server, a second position of the target device based on second positioning measurements received for the target device from the first subset.
