Abstract
A common downlink signal of a first cell may be transmitted/monitored on the first cell in a first mode with a first periodicity. A configuration related to a second mode including cell information regarding a second cell associated with the first cell may be provided. Based on transition from the first mode to the second mode, the common downlink signal of the first cell may be transmitted/monitored on the second cell within a first time period.
