Methods and devices for measuring and reporting channel conditions, determining link status, and evaluating the reliability of measurements and determinations. A method is provided comprising receiving () first Channel Impulse Response, CIR, information for a device and second CIR information for a network node; and performing () a comparison of the received first and second CIR information.
