Abstract
A processing device () sets an amplitude (I) of a fifth harmonic to make an amplitude ratio (A) to be greater than 20% and 80% or less. Further, the processing device () sets a phase difference (φ) to make a phase of the fifth harmonic with respect to a fundamental wave to be a leading phase, and to make the phase difference (φ) to be 80° or more and 106° or less.
