Abstract
A building analysis ('BA') system for detecting events of a building includes a plurality of sensors positioned within a building, at least one memory device and a building analysis (“BA”) computing device communicatively coupled to the plurality of sensors, the BA computing device comprising one or more processors in communication with the at least one memory device, wherein the one or more processors are programmed to build an infrastructure profile for the infrastructure, the infrastructure profile including i) one or more reference parameters, ii) detected historic conditions of the one or more fixtures using historical sensor data received over a period of time, and iii) detected historic conditions of the at least one person using historical sensor data received over a period of time.
