Abstract
A child carrying mechanism () is provided and includes a carrying frame (), a surrounding frame () and a supporting component (). The surrounding frame () is disposed above the carrying frame () and located at a position corresponding to the carrying frame (). The surrounding frame () is switchable between an unfolded state and a folded state. The supporting component () is connected between the surrounding frame () and the carrying frame (). Besides, a child carrier () having the aforementioned child carrying mechanism () is provided.
