In Formula I, each of Rto Ris hydrogen or phenyl or a system consisting of two to ten phenyl groups connected to each other; at least two of Rto Rare not hydrogen; each of Rand Rare phenyl or a system consisting of two to ten phenyl groups connected to each other; X is O, S, or Se; and L is a direct bond or In the structure of L, m is an integer from 1 to 5, and Ris hydrogen, an aromatic or a heteroaromatic ring. Formulations, OLEDs, and consumer products containing the same are also provided.
