Abstract
A balanced low travel key switch device includes limiting recesses, first sliding recesses, and second sliding recesses mounted on a plate body. A first frame member has a first main body connected to a key cap, first lateral portions connected to the first main body, first pivotal portions connected to the first lateral portions, engaging blocks movable in the first sliding recesses, and positioning rods movable in the limiting recesses. A second frame member has a second main body pivotally connected to the key cap, second lateral portions connected to the second main body, second pivotal portions connected to the second lateral portions and the first pivotal portions, second engaging blocks disposed on the second lateral portions and movable in the second sliding recesses.
