Abstract
A touch panel and a touch display device with the same are disclosed. The touch panel is attached to a display panel via an adhesive layer. The display panel includes an encapsulation layer having a first inorganic layer, an organic layer disposed on the first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer disposed on the first inorganic layer. The touch panel includes a plurality of touch electrodes, a first inorganic insulating layer disposed on the adhesive layer, a first organic insulating layer disposed on the first inorganic insulating layer and in direct contact with the first inorganic insulating layer, and a second inorganic insulating layer disposed on the first organic insulating layer and in direct contact with the first organic insulating layer. The adhesive layer is in contact with the second inorganic layer of the encapsulation layer and the first inorganic insulating layer of the touch panel.
