Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink assistance information relating to beam-specific paging. The UE may transmit uplink assistance information relating to the beam-specific paging. The UE may monitor for a paging message on one or more beams in accordance with at least one of the downlink assistance information or the uplink assistance information.
