Abstract
This application discloses network transmission methods and a related device. The method includes: A first network device determines a first planned latency based on a traffic characteristic of a data flow, where the first planned latency is a maximum latency for transmitting the data flow in a first network domain; updates a first accumulated latency based on the first planned latency, where the first accumulated latency is a maximum accumulated latency of the data flow from a source node to a destination node in TSN; and when the first accumulated latency is not greater than a target latency, sends a first message to a second network device, where the first message includes the first accumulated latency, the target latency is a needed latency of the data flow from the source node to the destination node in the TSN.
