Abstract
An electronic device, method, and computer program product provide a wearable flexible display that is configurable when not being worn to increase a display area from one strap length by one strap width to one half strap length by two strap width. A mechanism enables pivoting between serial alignment and non-serial juxtaposed alignment of first and second half straps. In response to determining that the first half strap is in the juxtaposed parallel alignment with the second half strap, display engine(s) selectively renders and presents display content within a pivoted display area of one strap length by two strap width or less. In response to determining the first half strap is not in the juxtaposed parallel alignment but in serial alignment with the second half strap, the display engine(s) selectively renders and present displays content within a full-length display area of two half strap length by one strap width or less.
