Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer film in which, in a case of being applied to pattern formation in production of a display element including an LED chip, a display element to be produced has excellent black density in a case of black display and also has excellent brightness in a case of white display. Another object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of a laminate, a laminate, and a micro LED display element. The transfer film of the present invention includes, in the following order, a temporary support, a photosensitive precursor layer of a light absorbing layer, and a photosensitive precursor layer of a light reflecting layer, in which a thickness of the precursor layer of the light reflecting layer is 3 μm or more.
