Abstract
Provided is an electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element and a liquid component. The capacitor element includes an anode foil having a dielectric layer on a surface of the anode foil, and a conductive polymer component in contact with at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The conductive polymer component contains a self-doped conductive polymer. A difference ΔHSP1 between a Hansen solubility parameter HSPof the self-doped conductive polymer and a Hansen solubility parameter HSPof the liquid component is 9.0 MPaor more and 11.4 MPaor less.
