Abstract
It is necessary to input and register the size of an object in advance for each installation environment, which takes time and effort. This image recognition device comprises: an image acquisition unit () that acquires an image; a detection unit () that detects a detection object from the image; an index creation unit () that creates an index for determining whether the detection object is a target object from the history of the location and size of the detection object; and a determination unit () that uses the index to determine whether the detection object is the target object, wherein the index is information representing a distribution trend of the location and size of the detection object in the history.
