Abstract
A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a substrate, a light-shielding layer, a touch signal line, and at least one light-shielding line; the light-shielding layer is in the non-display region and at least partially surrounds the display region; the touch signal line is in the non-display region and at least partially surrounds the display region; and the at least one light-shielding line is in the non-display region and at least partially surrounds the display region; the at least one light-shielding line is arranged along a direction from the display region to the non-display region, an orthographic projection of the at least one light-shielding line on the substrate is between an edge of the orthographic projection of the light-shielding layer on the substrate close to the display region and an edge of the touch signal line away from the display region.
