Abstract
The disclosure relates to a method for evaluating an electric connection of an electric energy storage device to an onboard electrical system of a vehicle. A voltage converter which is connected to the energy storage device is used to supply at least one component of the onboard electrical system with an output voltage of the voltage converter. The method comprises changing the specified voltage of the voltage converter in a specified time interval, whereby the battery voltage and the battery current of the energy storage device can be influenced, detecting the battery voltage of the energy storage device within the time interval, detecting the battery current of the energy storage device within the time interval, comparing the time curve of the battery voltage and the time curve of the battery current, and evaluating the electric connection on the basis of the compared time curves.
