Abstract
A pill positioning and cutting apparatus includes a housing a pair of push buttons slidably mounted within a housing and resiliently coordinated with a pair of pill positioning members slidably positioned in a pill support trough to position a pill in the trough for cutting engagement by converging blades which extend from the push buttons.
